Any experience taking provera? Did it help you start your period? Im four days after finishing the 10 day pill and don't feel any different....

Yes! It gave me a period that lasted 12 days!!!, once it did start.., but it will bring your period down. I didn't like how provera made my body feel, so I only tried it once 4 years ago. Herbs like Maca & Vitex naturally regulate your cycles, but do your research before trying either & talk to your doctor. It's even better if you can see a "Herbalist". Metformin has also helped numerous of women with pcos, but the side effects aren't that great. I was on it for 4 years before I could get off and conceived twice, both heavenly angels due to other reasons.

It can take up to 2 weeks from your last pill to start, if it doesn’t. I’d suggest to contact your doctor to go from there. It took me 4 days after my last pill to start. The period? Oh god. I hadn’t had one in 2 months. So, the provera period was heavy, painful, and long. It lasted almost 5 weeks. 😩 every person is different.
