Worried that after 10 weeks I still have leftover hormones. 
Mc 10 weeks ago, retained tissue cleared out 9 weeks ago. Vfl now on pregnancy test 20 days after AF?

It’s a myth that you can’t have a period or ovulate with hCG still in your system. You absolutely can. I’m 10.5 weeks post miscarriage and have an hCG of 30 still. Ovulated twice and have had a period within that time. 
Keep testing, if it gets darker you know it’s a new pregnancy

I'm going on week 7 of my miscarriage & last week my HCG was still at 20. I also got my period at 35hcg & ovulated at 25-20 HCG. Baby dust to you

You would not have had AF if you still had pregnancy hormones I don’t think. Any chance this is a new pregnancy? Might be worth a visit to the doctor regardless. If this is still from your MC it is not good.

Should be gone if they confirmed 9 weeks ago everything cleared. If your getting faints it’s mostly likely very real!
