TTC With PCOS

I have PCOS and I found out early this year. Me and my hubby wondered why know baby if he ain’t pulling out. I don’t have the money for treatments because there extremely high. Just for a consultation it’s $250, then each appointment $400. Which is just sad, I see if I was doing the IVF but we don’t even have a plan yet. Are there any ways to get pregnant with PCOS without going to the doctor? Anything I can order? Any stories? Please share, I feel like I’m losing hope. 😪🤧
