Is this rude?

I was purchasing a pregnancy test at Walmart and my SO and daughter were there next to me. The lady checking us out picked up the test and says "happy?" I said "yes" and she said "do you think you are?" I said "not sure."

I found this extremely rude as it was none of her business whether I was "happy" or not to be buying the test. Just wondering what others opinions are.
