Buying stuff!! When is the right time to start buying stuff???

I am only at 12 weeks and I feel the need to go ahead and have everything set my bought or in order to get it as soon as possible and I don’t know if that’s just me because of the stress that I keep putting on myself or if every mom goes through this, our situation is NOT ideal he and I aren’t married which is frowned on and most say that we are most likely going to fail deciding not to put our baby up for adoption, and therefore don’t have a large support system, also meaning probably not have a lot given at our baby shower due to people not showing up or wanting to help, please comment what your experiences as moms already are this is my first pregnancy so I just want to do it right and be able to save as much money and that’s why I feel like I keep looking for deals now. But at the same time I know that I have plenty of time to get it together, but I still need opinions❤️💕❤️💕💕💕💕💕❤️❤️❤️❤️

I’m picky about what I want as far as the basics so I’ll be buying mine within the next few weeks, but everything else will be on my registry. My SO and I aren’t married either but I have a wonderful support system with my family.

Other people will buy you almost everything. Wait and see what people have gotten off your registry first. Make a registry instead of buying!!

So I am almost 13 weeks and have been looking at deals since about 8 weeks.  I bought our double stroller at 10 weeks 😅
 
With my first I waited until 20+ weeks.  I did have a shower and received most of my stuff there.  Keep in mind you can check  it consignment shops for stuff too.
 
Sorry for lack of support.  My sister was pregnant at 22 and they were married when their daughter was 1.  They are still going strong now and making things work.

buy stuff whenever you feel like it! but save the receipts in case you get the same things at your shower. I feel like I need to start buying stuff too.. I will definitely really start buying once I know the gender

totally make a regestry or two or three (one at each of your favorite stores) and keep an eye on when things go on sale! also at the end of your pregnancy you will (some stores at least) get a completion discount! that's 100% what I would do anyways! and you'll be fine! my hubby and I were freaking homeless for a year after we got married! being married doesn't have anything to do with poverty or not! we are now in a nice affordable duplex with a good landlord and are doing better then ever! the lord will provide, have faith!

Whenever YOU and YOUR SO want to! I started buying stuff the second I found out I was pregnant which was at 7 weeks. I am currently 12 weeks and my mom and mother in law have been buy things for us left and right. There is really no “perfect” time.
