Colposcopy delaying period?

Does anyone have any experience with this? After getting a colposcopy and biopsies done, was your period a little late?

It’s only one day so far so I’m not too worried I just wanna know if i should be concerned after a couple days if it’s still not here. I got it done last week and I’m still experiencing pretty heavy cramps and the weird discharge stopped a few days ago.

Did anyone’s period end up being a few days late after getting this done?

I will definitely call my doctor if i don’t get it within the week and the pain doesn’t stop, just wanted to see if anyone had any experience with this 😊
