Spotting

I miscarried in May. I had my first period a couple of weeks ago and had sex only twice during my fertile days which ended Tuesday, we had sex on Tuesday and it ended badly he got friction burn and my cervix started bleeding brown, I started cramping today and had light spotting. I've been to the doctor a few weeks ago and she said my cervix was closed and healed so I'm just kind of confused why I'm so dry down there and spotting and cramping. I appreciate your input.
