Nipple discharge?

I had a miscarriage last year june.. im scared to fall pregnant.. so we have left it to luck by using the pull out method.. however.. its my first time after a year i have squeezed my nipple and i just leaked cloudy white milk colour dischrage can i be pregnant? Anybody :) just reply please anything even the most stupidest thing
