help! black eye

I am so embarrassed so posting anon. This weekend we had some people over, I drank way too much wine and didnt eat. I was in my porch in the dark later on and stood up, and literally fell flat on my face. Rug burn and all. Its awful. I am working from home today - but cant hide in my house forever. How can I get rid of a black eye fast besides ice ? :(. I am never ever drinking again.
