Confidence
Hi guys,
Lately I wanted to lose weight and I tried to go on various diets a couple times but I can't stay motivated till I reach my weight goal
I don't feel confident and worthy and I know that it's wrong
But I'm body shaming and I am not myself anymore
It's been a really long time that I'm feeling this way and I can't take it anymore
I hate that I don't have enough confidence and self esteem and I always feel like shit
What should I do to go on with my diets?
