Not sure what to call it😪

So My neighbor was pregnant And was suppost to have her baby this Monday that just passed. When she went to the hospital to induce her labor the doctors notice her baby girl was no longer moving the baby had died in her stomach the day she was due😔 really sucks cuz this week was her b-day, her graduation and her baby was going to be born as well. She went swimming on Sunday and was diving in the pool a lot could that have cause her baby to die? I'm just hoping that she's ok, my mom and husband didn't want to tell me cuz I'm 11 weeks today and they thought I would freak out thinking it could happen to me😕
