Helppppp first period after D&c

I had a d&c; 19 march 2018 , after 5 weeks i had light spotting like brownish very light 2 days and one day CM transparent and sticky , 1 week later (today 30 april) i have diarrhia and light spotting borwnish very light color only when i wipe so i though when i have the first apperance of spotting was my period ??? Im so confused , im waiting to ovulate so i can try again 😞
