Stomach feeling bloated after miscarriage?

I found out I had a miscarriage Sunday 22nd of April would have been 5 and half weeks, i stopped bleeding Friday 27th and had unprotected sex at the weekend as want to start trying as soon as. My stomach is feeling really bloated and hard, is this normal after a miscarriage? Any thought?

I'm experiencing this just now...First pregnancy ended in miscarriage at 5 weeks (almost 2 weeks ago now) and just feel like my stomach is constantly bloated and hard - I look like 5 months! Anytime I eat anything I just get bloated. Also have had an upset stomach constantly for weeks x
