Best bcp w/ least side effects

I started treatment for non-hodgkins lymphoma in February and I’d hoped it would wipeout my period altogether -quite the contrary. It lasts 2+ weeks, as do the cramps, headaches, etc (on top of of chemo, nhl symptoms, no fair lol.) My oncologist said taking an oral contraceptive would help regulate my cycle but I haven’t used the pill in a while. Which ones have the least unpleasant side effects? Specifically hoping to avoid weight gain, headaches, cramping, acne too but that’s obviously lower on the priority list.
