breastfeeding supply on period
how do y'all handle the supply drop while on your period? I typically produce exactly what my baby eats every 3 hours, but on my period that drops and I end up giving my baby frozen milk... while also pumping. I know supply, demand. I'm fine except on my period. Any advice??
