possible hormones messed

I had my last normal period March12-15th.my usual cycle is 24 or 25 days and 4 days on AF...however my next expected period was I guess later than usual and weird.bleed 1 night then stopped then just spotting old blood on and off for several days which don't make sense according to glow I am super late however I had a negative pregnancy test..i did however have a few symptoms unlike my period symptoms but never thought anything off it..AF has still not made her presence known and I know I'm not pregnant so I give up ttc and have concluded it's stress or hormone imbalance. totally confused and weird.
