Do you like Little Rock, Arkansas

This is dumb but I just want some input. I'm currently talking with by husband about our family moving to little rock from Memphis. We have a 14 week old, I'm staying at home with her serving tables one shift on Saturdays. My husband currently makes 16$ and has an opportunity for a job in little rock paying 24 to 28$ an hour and honestly it's a better job for him (he hates where he works now and the people). Today he said he feels bad wanting to move because all the negatives effect me. I have a dad and a brother here and would be moving further away from the rest of my family, I want to go to grad school and would have to put that on hold because we would have to pay out of state tuition, I don't know anyone and with a new baby you know you need friends (it takes a village) we can't really afford to move but his parents would help us (which I hate and he knows this). I don't know I feel like he would be happier with a better job making more money but I'm nervous I would be being selfish if I don't want to go because I'm afraid I'll hate it.
