So confused, anxious

Hubby and I just found out Saturday that we are expecting. I haven't gotten a period since January 16. However when I tested on April 2, tests were negative. Now on Saturday all three tests I took were positive.

I'm not sure how far along I am. First appointment is tomorrow but only for blood work. This is my stomach. Seriously how am I so big if I'm only three months or less?
