Almost 6 week old sleeping all day.. normal?

My almost 6 week old has been super sleepy today, much more than usual. And wants to be held while sleeping. He’s usually a decent napper brought the day but not generally this much.. and usually allows me to put him down after he falls asleep in my arms. But not today.

Is this normal? Growth spurt? Or just a tired day? He slept normal last night. He doesn’t seem hot. He’s had pretty normal diapers. Just not his norm (which I know “norm” for a newborn can easily change lol) just want to make sure!
