High neutrophils and WBC??

Question

I had my blood taken at my first prenatal. My Absolute Neutrophils was high (8059) and my white blood cell count (11.8) was high....what could this be an indicator of? My Dr. put me on ampicillin for Strep B which showed up in my urinalysis.

My neutrophil% is high too , 87%

It's a sign of infection, which could easily be from the UTI. Also, pregnancy causes strain on the body which responds by creating WBCs. So having an elevated WBC count all throughout pregnancy with no infection is also normal.
