Hey ladies! I went today to confirm the gender of baby J for our gender reveal at a private US place. We got to see baby and heartbeat and development was great, only he looked so squished. The US tech says baby doesn’t have room to move much because I’m not drinking enough water and the fluid are low. I’m currently feeling awful that I may be causing the baby to be squished and uncomfortable. I think he/she was trying to sleep so he wasn’t as active, but definitely still wiggly and not happy when i coughed and probably disturbed them haha. She told me to come back in a week and she’ll be able to tell if I kept to my water regimen. Is there anything I should be worried about? I’m 14 weeks 1 day. Help?
