Why do my boobs look like this!?

I've been noticing my boobs are a strange texture and get bumpy like this. anyone else have this? I'm 35 weeks if that makes a difference 🤔

They kind of look like the white, very subtle stretch marks one gets on the thighs or hips? Could they maybe be stretch marks? I guess only you can tell. It’s just a picture. But that’s what my first thought was.

Idk i think it just looks like pores and maybe extra veiny? My boobs changed a lot when i was pregnant but I’ve always had decently noticeable pores on them.
