Im 59 days late all negative test went to er they did urine still neg

I seen my mom tonight she looked at me and said you look pregnant are you pregnant? I told her all test are neg and im only getting big at top. she said i could be carrying high most pregnant with girls carry high. No af since Feb. i want to know if i am. Has this happen to any of you Ladies before i have never missed af this long
