I never have and don’t understand the stereotype that chocolate is really important on your period

Sometimes. But it's not necessarily chocolate. I just crave food in general. I mostly want salty stuff though.

I have a sweet tooth in general, but I’ll start wanting to eat any chocolate in the house all at once. I’ll even go out of my way to go get some if we don’t have enough. Then I’ll start my period within a couple days. I have irregular cycles, so it’s not like I know when I’m about to start. It’s really weird.
