Confused

So I’m 7 days late. And I’m never late. Ever. Only time I’ve ever been late was when I was pregnant with my 1st baby.

My cervix is high, medium, and closed. And there’s this watery milky looking discharge from it. But it’s very little and there’s no smell.

My boobs are full, my sense of smell is super strong, and I’m very tired. I took some test a few days ago, all negative. Except one EPT looked positive, but I wasn’t sure if it was seeing things.

What do I do?
