I NEEED ADVICE!!!

So me and this guy have been talking for two months probably idk I can’t really remember but I really feel like I want a relationship with him I feel like it would work mind you I havent been with anyone for over a year just because my trust is all over the place so the fact that I want a relationship with him makes me kinda think it’s the right thing but he wants to wait until we graduate and that’s in a year I feel like if we did that it would be pointless to be together when we are both going off to college like it would be better to start a relationship before but he’s been through a lot of ups and downs with his past relationships but all that is holding him back from being in a relationship with me and I’m not one of his ex’s idk I just don’t know if I should stay with him because I feel like the more I show him I wanna be with him the more he’ll wanna start a relationship before graduation I need advice on what to do😩😩
