Friends that care!

Ladies get yourself some nice friends who are going to look out for you!!

I was sitting at lunch with my two best guy friends and they know that I am someone who is sexually active and that I hook up with people every now and then. Knowing this about me, they let me know that mono and chlamydia are going around the university and that multiple guys have it. They sat there at lunch and pointed out to me all of the guys that they knew had it, letting me know so that the chance of it being spread me was decreased. I was very grateful to have received this information.

I was also made aware by my guy friends that a lot of the guys at my university have this thing where if one guy hooks up with a girl all of the other guys will try to hook up with her as well. It’s like a game to them and they all talk about it and it’s just a thing for them that they find amusing.

I wasn’t surprised to find this information out- but it did make me more aware of who I hooked up with. It also made me pay more attention to if I trust the person or not to be respectful of me.
