Can Plan b make you not be able to get pregnant?

So my boyfriend and I have been trying to get pregnant for 3 months now, yes I know it’s to soon. . But I heard a few weaknesses say that if you took the plan b pill in the past it could cause complications in the future, I’ve been off birth control for three months now and I was on birth control for 12 years. I know that’s a long time but I have serious bad cramps when I don’t take birth control but I have been off of it for three months. Just concerned. Please help, any advice will be appreciated!!!
