How do you think this would go down in court?

Let me explain all of this.. god wow okay. This is long but it’s juicy, if you’re ever thinking about being a foster parent.. read this?

My mom was a foster parent for 10 years.

At the end of the ten years, we had a foster kid who’s bio parent made an accusation of sexual abuse. They are supposed to do an investigation any time something is reported..they never did one.

However they falsified one and took that child out of our home.

This case worker falsified documentation of coming to our schools to interview us.. that didn’t happen. She never did that.

What happened is this case worker called my moms boss and asked her “is she at work? Are her kids at school?”

So my moms boss told her that some strange person who wouldn’t say her name was calling and asking about her kids. My mom went and picked all of us up from school and took us home. Then she called that case worker and said “are you looking for me?” And they met in the parking lot of my moms job and the case worker asked “where are your kids?” And she said “they’re at home” and she asked why and my mom said “because I know how DHS works and you’re not about to go to my kids school, pull them out of class and humiliate them. If you need to talk to my kids you can do it at our home”

And she was like “well I’ve already talked to your kids at their school. I only need to talk to one more but from the things I have written down that your kids said, it doesn’t look good for you”

Hey 👋🏻 hi. I’m one of those kids and guess who didn’t get interviewed at school? I never talked to anyone. I never even saw that lady. But she had documents of made up bullshit, claiming that I said whatever she had written down.

My mom has written proof from all of our schools that this never happened. That at NO point in the entire time we went to school there that anyone from DHS came to visit us. It never happened. The schools have copies of this and my mom does too.

My mom went to court to get the child back.. didn’t get him back.

My mom wanted to speak up about the made up bullshit.. and she planned to but she had multiple people who worked for DHS, that she had known for the entire 10 years warning her “do not open your mouth. If you do, they can and will fabricate evidence and get ALL of your kids taken away. They work like that”

So at the end.. my mom was fed up with bullshit and claimed that she had been wronged and wanted her home closed because she was done.

Every single one of us were done.

When you’re 14 and someone has made up a lie.. a lie like that? That I admitted that sexual abuse was happening in my home?

That makes you feel like shit.. there was no sexual abuse happening in my home at all.

I think the last time I talked to a caseworker I said “i can not wait for the day that I never ever have to talk to one of you people ever again. I do not trust you”

Anyways years later some of my distant cousins went into foster care and my mom tried to re-open her home.

She couldn’t.. because of these fake ass made up documents by this one bitch. My mom would have to go to court to re-open her home.

My mom has to wait until my youngest brother is 18. Why?

Because the warnings from those people still stand. It doesn’t matter how long it’s been. They know they’re fucked up and will pull some strings to fuck up your entire life.

I am free to say all of this. They can’t do shit about it, but if my mom does she risks losing all of her kids. I’m not kidding.

And did you miss that? You couldn’t have possibly missed that. There are documents stating that sexual abuse is or was happening in our home and nothing was done. Even if it was false..

I’m trying to talk my mom to going to court over this when my brother is 18.

So if anything ever happens.. example: some ex foster kids were put back with family and years later taken away again. At this point we had kept contact with them and they were basically family. My mom wanted so bad to take them, but couldn’t.

So my aunt became a foster parent and took them in. But if my aunt hadn’t of stepped up, who knows where they’d be. My mom still wants to open her home.

Do you think it’s worth it. I think it’s fucking worth it. I’m still mad.

This is not the only insane bs that happened over 10 years. I could write a book. People truly have no idea how deeply corrupt the system is.
