Gender guess please!

I’m pregnant with my 4th kiddo—I have 3 girls and am crossing my fingers for a little boy. The tech thought she saw boy parts in the “potty shot” photo but wasn’t 100%. Any guesses based on the skull or nub theory? I’m 13 weeks today. Thank you!
