please help

I am trying to conceive my 4th baby. I'm currently 2 days late. I had a doctors office test April 10th and it came back negative. they had to do an xray to my shoulder bc I had injuried it. I was put on a tapering dose of prednisone for 10 days. I took a home pregnancy test April 26th and it came back negative. I was due for a period April 27th and no show. I usually have spotting 2-3 days ahead and nothing. I had an extreme amount of discharge clearish and then some mild cramping in my lower back.
