Anyone else have hemmroids?!

I have very painful thombrosed hemmroids and I'm due any day now. I'm actually more scared of the pain of my hemmroids while pushing than actually giving birth. Can they get rid of them before I deliver?! Or does anyone know of natural remedies to try? So nervous & so in pain!

Tucks wipes! And preparation H multi symptom. I have horrible ones right now too and those two things seem to be the best for it so far. They say sitting in warm water helps too.

Thrombosed are the worst!  I think I had that with my last pregnancy and it went away after about 3 horrid painful weeks (using cream and taking frequent baths).  I know i got lucky.
I don’t think this will help much with thrombosed, but most of my pain is related to how difficult they are to get clean.  I end up getting chafing from all the wiping or on heavy discharge days.  When that happens, I apply some of my kid’s diaper cream.  It probably won’t solve all of your pain, but it might be worth a try.  (There is adult desitin too...so you can use baby cream or adult cream).
