Af like cramps but no period?

I usually never had pre menstral cramps but I've been having them for a week straight. They're really mild. I've also had sore breasts, backache, headache and I've just felt off. I never get af symptoms early I usually get them the day of or a day before and it's only cramps. I took a pregnancy test today and it came out negative. I think I'm around 11-12 dpo. Did I test too early?
