False Symptoms?

So I had a chemical pregnancy last month. I'm currently 4 days late and I have all the fun symptoms (nausea, sore/tender boobs, exhaustion, etc). Took a test last night, negative. Thought to try with FMU, still negative. I've never had a chemical pregnancy (to my knowledge...now that I'm paying close attention I notice everything) so I didn't know if my body was just giving a delayed reaction? Or could it be something more? And these symptoms, I know some people have with periods, but in all my years of periods I've only had to deal with light cramping and bloating. Only when I was pregnant with my son did I experience all the other symptoms.
