Is anyone else experiencing this pain?

Question

Twice now I’ve woke up during the night with really painful cramp pains in my left side, back, hip and down my leg and it’s still there when I get up in the morning
I was just wondering if there was a cause of it or anything I can do to help it?

I had this last night and this morning to, I tried to walk it out and it got worse and I couldn't lift my right leg walking up hill at a slight incline and the only thing that helped was to bend over, I rested most of the morning after that and it went away, still have no idea what it was

Sounds like your having sciatica pain.Try stretching out whenever you can.I have this problem normally but it always worsens with my pregnancies.
