Signs of infertility when young?

Is there such a thing as signs of infertility when you are young?

Thankfully I'm not struggling with infertility but I had one miscarriage so I don't know if that counts for anything. I was 24 back then. After this a had my son and am pregnant again. I had no issues with my menstrual cycles or anything. Always perfect, right on time, 6 to 7 days bleeding. No severe bleeding or severe pain. I checked my thyroid and hormones and it was all perfect. No medical problems doctors could see, nothing. So I guess there don't have to be signs of infertility or reproductive problems at all. You mostly see when you try to get pregnant. Some of my friends have been diagnosed with variety of problems as teenagers (underactive thyroid, Hashimoto's, PCOS, other hormonal issues) and they got pregnant easily and had a healthy pregnancy.

For a female their may be signs of PCOS, like excessive body hair growth, but overall, not a ton of things I can think of. Consult a doctor
