I think I love my boyfriend but I’m not sure

My boyfriend and i haven’t been dating long at all. He’s super amazing to me and treats me like a goddess. Lately I’ll been feeling like saying “I love you” and it almost slips out. I know he feels it and I’m almost positive that i do but i want to be able to say it without a doubt in my mind. I want to feel confident when i say it and I’m not sure I’m there yet, but I’m 90% positive i love him. I’m just wondering what’s that moment where l know without a doubt that i can confidently say I love you.
