Positive result then a negative result?

Hi everyone, I took the top pregnancy test in the picture yesterday morning, and it came out with a faint line but it was pretty clear, I’ve then took several pregnancy tests after this and they have all been negative which I don’t understand, could someone please explain?

Pretty sure the top test is an ovulation test.

When was your last period?? That positive is pretty clear. You could have been pregnant and not known it, some women have a period and then find out they were pregnant. I’d go get a blood test done!

was the first test FMU and subsequent tests later in the day? You urine could be diluted in the other tests. Test with FMU again

When is your period due? It could be a chemical pregnancy x
