brewers yeast
hello I just bought 1000mg of brewers yeaat. I'm in deperate need to increase my milk supply. she hasn't been able to latch on since birth. I'm exclusively pumping and only get 1-2 oz on a good day every 4 hours. the bottle says 2 tablets a day but heard people take more than that. has anyone tried this and did it work for you? how many should I take?
