Possibly pregnant with liletta IUD

So I hope I’m just missing my period. I’m a week late I’ve had the IUD for about a year now no problems at all, the strings curled up so I can’t check them.

My last period was very light. I only wore panty liners & didn’t need to constantly change them. For the month of April I haven’t gotten my period!

When I get pms symptoms I usually just cramp, get acne, & have mood swings.

This time I experienced something different!

My breast have been hurting, my nipples have been super sensitive for the past month, they were swollen this past week & that’s never happened before. I’ve been super tired lately too.

Anyways I’m nervous to take a pregnancy test & I fear being pregnant. Or am I just paranoid??

So I took a test & I’m pregnant. I’m just so shocked that this could happen.
