Possible miscarriage? Help!

So last night, my S/O and I were having sex.. well we had to stop because I got such bad cramps to where I was in tears. The cramps came and went all last night and today they are still kinda there and I haven felt my little one kick since yesterday around 3 PM. I’m scared that something seriously happened. What do I do?? Has anyone went through this?

How far along are you?
Sex caused my cramps with my first, and I read orgasms actually contract your uterus.
Try drinking some ice cold water & orange juice, and relaxing with your feet up!
If that’s doesn’t do the trick, I’d give your Dr a buzz and see if you can get checked just to be safe.
