Shots and now rash on belly?

My daughter had her 4months shots yesterday and now she has this rash on her belly.. is this normal or should I call her doctor?

My daughter recently had the Hepatitis B vaccine at her 9 month check up. That night, she had what looked like bug bites all over her stomach. The next morning, her entire back was red and looked more like hives. I took her to the doctor and he said it was erythema multiforme minor. Basically, he said her body went into overdrive trying to fight off an ear infection that developed after her check up and trying to fight off the hep b in the vaccine. And that caused the rash. It is minor and nothing to worry about. Since so much of her body was affected by it, he put her on steroids and antibiotics for the ear infection. He said it could come and go for up to two weeks, but thankfully, hers was cleared up in 5 days.
