can indigestion be an early sign of pregnancy?

I have never had acid reflux or heartburn until I was in the last trimester with my daughter.

My husband and I only started trying for baby #2 on the 18th. Two days ago I had some acid reflux going on, so I was like oooh, maybe it's really happening!

I took a digital equate pregnancy test yesterday morning. I held in my first pee, but drank a cup of coffee before taking the test. It took the full 3 minutes and came up as Not Pregnant. I read they aren't always super accurate online so I went back to the store and bought 4 of the .88. As soon as I got home I tried one but barely had any pee lol, I just wanted an answer. it came up super quickly as not pregnant, didn't even pretend to have a faint line.

Two days later and I still have acid reflux. I googled if acid reflux was an early pregnancy syptom and it came up as no. My estimated period was supposed to have happened today and no spotting or any cramps anymore, though I did have them all last week.

I'm still breastfeeding my daughter who is almost 20 months of, I've had a couple periods so I figured I was fertile. idk. just frustrated lol. hoping to hear others had indigestion as an early pregnancy sign
