I want to literally shake some sense into parents when they post photos of kids without car seats. Someone on fb just posted FOUR kids all under the age of 6 in the back seat of a sedan. They didn’t have car seats and two of them had to share a seatbelt.

Nope. That irks my soul. Pretty sure buddy buckling is against the law. When I was in elementary school two kids were ejected from a car and died bc they were sharing a seatbelt. 
Here you can’t even leave the hospital without a car seat AND a nurse has to show you how to properly use and install it. So it pisses me off when parents think they can just ditch the car seat when their kids learn to sit up. I’d say something

I went crazy on a girl once on my facebook for saying something about my daughter not being in a carseat. I don't feel the need to explain myself with every post I make but no, I didn't strap my two year old in when we were inside a campground going 10 miles an hour. You don't always know the whole story and really, its none of your business to ask.
