So i had an ectopic pregnancy but it luckily resolved itself and I didn’t have to have any treatment.... I did an ovulation test a couple of weeks ago and it was a strong positive. (First one since ectopic) So me and my partner obviously BD... my period was due yesterday and still nothing... but I keep feeling sore boobs and pelvic pains (not really cramps).... I felt like this last time I missed my period and still negative pregnancy tests..... I’m so scared it’s all happening again.... anyone relate or have any advice? Thank you
