late period alert. !!

I'm 13 days late all test are coming back negative but I've had a little bleed well kinda red/pink muchas that's started today not like my normal period. doctors have said could be implantation bleed if I haven't had a positive test yet is this true? only happening when I wipe sorry for tmi pic 😖
