Red raspberry tea?

What are your thoughts.... experiences?

I think it helped with my youngest. I started drinking 2-3 cups a day at 36 weeks. I ran out last week and just picked some more up..I don't think it kick starts labor, but really just tones the uterus and makes your contractions more effective once you have them.

I've tried it, along with pineapple, loads of walks and sex and haven't got anywhere 😞 x

I have heard about it and as soon as I walked into the tea shop the shop assistant said.. "Raspberry leaf tea?"... I didn't get it but interested to know what people thoughts and experiences.
