Not normal period or something else

So when I have my period I might spot for a day or two sometimes I do and other times I don’t. This time I did for three days, but when it was more then a little spotting it wasn’t the normal consistency as a period would be it was just not right. It went on for a day and out of no where it stopped. This was Saturday and on Monday morning I had a little bit of blood when I whipped. And that was it.

Does anyone know what this means?

And yes I have had unprotected sex in the past month if that helps.
