Has anyone ever not seen anything on 1st U/S?

Has anyone not seen anything on 1st Ultrasound and then seen something the next time? Please tell me what weeks this happened. Thank you!

I had one at 6 weeks and they couldn’t find anything. Went back a week later and found baby with a heartbeat! A lot can change in a week!
