What would you do if u had a chart like this?

I have PCOS which makes my cycles irregular, I have no idea really how long my lutheal phase is (or what that really means) all I no is Ffriend calculated it to 14 last month now My cycle day is coming up to 43, 18 days past ovulation, what would any of you ladies with experience do if you was in my shoes.

Temping and ovulation strips are actually a pretty big waste of time with PCOS unfortunately.. and temping is highly discouraged because it just doesn’t work for us.
Your body can ramp up to ovulate several times in a cycle and give false positives. 
I tracked my cervical mucus and cervical position from start to finish in my roughly 60 day cycle.. and in that time I ramped up to ovulate 8 different times.. but never completed one until the end. Our bodies kinda kick things into gear for ovulation and then hit the cancel button over and over.

I would say CD 35 is your ovulation day. You gotta give it at least two weeks, but really more like 16 days, before you test if you want to be really sure. FF is also great because it will give you a cover line too so you can see if your temps are staying above your lower, first-phase, pre-ovulation temps. When mine dips back below that coverline, I know my period is going to start.

I'm not sure you ovulated at all according to your chart. Maybe CD35 or 37.
